The trailer starts with the audience getting shown the location of a average suburban family town house which shows the family playing around in the garden suggesting that the quite clear piece of equilibrium will be disrupted as the trailer Carry's on.
Props:the props used thought the trailer are everyday household objects such as brooms and kids toys giving the effect of possible sinisterism to the trailer
Costumes:The outfits the characters wear are normal family outfits that anyone can buy suggesting anything can happen conforming to the traditional stereotype of horror films
Sound:The sound is mostly non digetic sound with a small build up of sound that constantly flow
however does have elements of digetic sound such as screaming and cowering voices
Representation:The film trailer doesn't really show the villian in it only the shadows it leaks in,they show this by giving dynamic angles to the audience such as pov shots of the setting and mid shots of the villain and innocent girls
