Setting: the setting throughout the trailer is in space above earth to put the audience in prospective how high up the astronaut is in limbo at.The fact that the audience only sees the struggle Sandra bullock is in space suggests to them that the film will very much not have the same conventions as a typical sci-fi film as it concentrates on one perspective of a character in space instead of flashing scenes between astronauts and earth.the lighting used throughout the trailer is very dark and shows elements of sinisterism/fear which can be related to other film genres such as horror thus giving the target audience negative and sympathetic emotions towards Sandra bullocks character.

Costume: the only costume you really see is one space suit that the main antagonist is wearing suggesting that the film will be based around that one astronaut instead of the majority of other sci fi films like Apollo 13'this in turn can attract larger audiences because of the unique aspect the film gives audiences (POV of astronaut).Even though the majority of the trailer is the astronaut wearing the white space suit there is a snappy image of her out of the suit in a plain vest showing the audience that she is either comfortable before a disaster strikes or she has escaped from rotating recklessly through orbit which you see before this shot of her in a vest.

Props: the most prominent props in the trailer are spacecrafts and connection objects which Sandra bullock is either connected to or has been detached from such as antennas and radios.Each of the connection props was used very wisely in the production of this trailer as the fast paced shots of the trailer allowed audiences to actually feel like the disaster is happening to them"the aspect all films want to capture for the audience.one example of this could be  the white bar which moves Sandra bullock around rapidly.

Narrative: From the trailer we find out a few things about the story line and a few things we are left to wonder and think about (enigmas). We find out that Sandra bullocks character is in grave danger as she shows raw emotion throughout the trailer in difficult situations led on by a spacecraft disaster.However the audience is left to ponder about certain aspects of the trailer such as if she ever makes it back down to to earth which is the main idea of the film thus leaving audiences wanting to watch the film.

Sound: there is a slight non digetic sound of a dramatic boom which will give the audience the aspect of darkness instantly which in turn allows the audience to get straight into the film trailer at the start of the trailer but is pro dominantly digetic in the majority of the trailer with sounds such as heavy breathing, radio voices and quick movements of the astronaut hitting various objects.

Representation: the film trailer is all about one female astronauts struggle of being left in limbo giving the audience the effect of worry and sympathy solely towards her which is also quite rare in sci-fi films as they are mostly represented with a crew of astronauts instead of one antagonist giving the audience even more relate ability towards the character by allowing the emotion of being alone.

Setting: the trailers setting starts in America and ends up in America however India is in the middle of the trailer to show the audience what the film will be about and come from.The fact that the trailer shows India within it suggests to the audience that the main antagonist is either in this poor country for spiritual enlightenment or a specific business purpose, most likely a sporting one as the title suggests about an arm in a high stakes scenario.later in the trailer you see various MLB baseball stadiums suggesting that is what the main antagonist is travelling for,(to find a successful baseball player).

costume: there is an array of costumes from saris and Indian culture clothes to smart suits and baseball outfits outlining the difference of living between India and a more economically developed country like America to the audience.Even though the film incorporates many smart suits the men wearing the suits in the beginning and end are seen to wear more comfortable clothes like a hula shirt and informal suit wearing outfits in a hot country like India or at home in a relaxed environment.

Props: the props used are pro dominantly sports based i.e. baseball bats/gloves, phones and baseball measurements to show the audience instantly what the film is about and to expect from the persona's of the characters which is a non stop sporty vibe.

Narrative: From the trailer we find out a few things about the story line and a few things we are left to wonder and think about (enigmas). We find out that JB the sports agent and his compatriots are searching for Indian baseball pitchers to achieve a high status in the American MLB as a final chance type mission.However the audience is left to ponder about certain aspects of the film within the trailer such as if the Indian baseball players ever do make it in the MLB, even though the trailer does show JB saying "Ive got you a major league try out" and is very suggestive to the audience but does not mean the boys will make it thus leaving the audience in suspense

Setting: The trailers setting is set in Cleavland,Ohio in America pro dominantly at the arrowhead stadium and other facilities twinned with the club Cleveland Browns.The very fact the audiences first image of the trailer is the arrowhead stadium instantly puts them in the mind set that it will be a sports film of some kind that is at quite a high level due to the capacity of the location which is a very typical stereotype of sports films.As the trailer progresses we see different sports facilities based around the same club (Cleveland) for example the training ground and draft placement room, suggesting to the audience that the film will primarily be based around that teams success or failure.

Costume: most of the costumes you see in the trailer are smart outfits like suits and long dresses however because it is a sport film it also shows football kits in some clips which is the normal convention to these type of films to show the audience what sport it is (football).

Props: computers,phones and smart boards are pro dominantly used which suggests to the audience that the Cleveland football team is revolutionised and rich, meaning the club must be very influential with high stakes occurring to pick the right draft for that season.The use of these props subverts the typical stereotype of sports films as the camera actually focuses on the business side of sport by using angles such as close ups on phone contacts and whiteboard roster's.

Setting: the film trailers setting is in south London pro dominantly in the area of west ham suggesting to the audience that the characters involved live in hardship and despair i.e. fight club and must fight there way out of there poor situation.This is an effective story line as most audiences will understand it doesn't have to be the way but on the other hand that is what the attracts audiences to the trailer.most scenes in the trailer are shown to be in poor condition or in the process of being destroyed ,which is the main example of why most audiences could be able to guess who is behind the debris and ruin in south london.

Costume: the green street elite hooligans wear poor looking, promiscuous cheap clothes which is the stereotype of thugs and poor people however the lead character looks like he has worked his way out of squaller because of his smart looking clothes.however later in the trailer the audience obtains the effect of the main character falling back to his old roots for one last big send off as you see him wear informal cheap clothes while fighting once again

props: the trailer doesn't really have any props apart from car windows that get smashed in brawls and pub drinks such as alcohol which could signify the meaning to what the greenstreet elite are doing (reckless impulsed thuggery) while suggesting to the audience what is expected in the film.

Sound: most of the trailers sound comes from men shouting and standing off with each other which is digetic and only very little non digetic sound which is rare in action trailers.The high sounding shouting coming from the thugs will give audiences the feel of actually being in the film or being mentally scared of the characters which is a crucial part of trailer making.

Narrative/Representation: The trailers meaning is hidden as it gives the audience the effect of thuggery and dismay however the intentions of the guys in the trailer are proud and Honourable which you can see by there emotion and passion throughout the trailer which is the typical stereotype of action films.most of the trailers scenes are fast paced that cut away quickly unless there is an influential narrative part in the trailer suggesting to the audience that the lives of these south London hooligans are linked i.e.fast paced criminalised lifestyle.

Setting:the trailers setting is pro dominantly in china where Jaden Smiths character moves to from Detroit America where learns the ways of Kung-Fu in various monastery's and exhibitions.The first scenes we see are ones on a plane travelling away from Detroit to china where Jaden eventually finds himself in trouble at a Chinese school from some kng fu style bullies.This quick change of environment in the trailer might leave the audience feeling sympathy towards jaden as he has not chosen to come to live in a completely different culture format.Most of the areas jaden is trained by Jackie Chan is very rural and out of the way in a one on one scenario which conforms with traditional conventions and stereotypes of action films and Chinese fight training,one example of this is the grand temple in china where the duo train for the big competitive stage at the end meaning high stakes and pressure for the competitor Jaden.

Props: the trailer has various props such as karate sticks and chopsticks all part of Chinese culture.

Costume: jaden Smiths character starts off by wearing the western worlds clothes in America and slowly turns to wear eastern culture clothes such as kung fu jackets and martial art outfits.

Sound: in the trailer the non digetic sound is played through the whole thing in the style of Asian sounds suggesting to the audience that they are going to be based in the eastern world.The digetic sound comes from the action movements of the fighters as they hit each other.
